Demonstrating deep sensitivity and prompt action, the Kendra swiftly processed a plea concerning the emoluments of a martyr. The matter was taken up on priority and coordinated with the concerned authorities, leading to its expeditious resolution.
In another case, the LGSSK facilitated the issuance of a migrant certificate for a serving soldier following a representation submitted through his Commanding Officer. The case was immediately taken up with the relevant departments, resulting in the prompt issuance of the certificate and resolution of the grievance.
Further reaffirming its responsiveness, the LGSSK acted on a representation from a serving Agniveer regarding his father’s medical exigency. The matter was accorded top priority and coordinated with inter-state health authorities, ensuring timely admission and treatment at a government health facility. The issue was resolved within two days, underscoring the Kendra’s efficient, compassionate, and outcome-driven institutional mechanism.
