Srinagar, May 06: In a recent administrative decision, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the technical resignation of Mr. Javaid Ahmad Khanday, who was serving as a Teacher at MS Mulsoo, Zone Mattan in District Anantnag.
As per the official order, the resignation has been accepted with retrospective effect from April 26, 2018 (A.N), under Article-201 of J&K CSR Vol-I, following recommendations made by the Chief Education Officer, Anantnag.
The order further states that Mr. Khanday’s lien in the J&K School Education (Subordinate) Services shall stand terminated, and the post previously held by him has been declared vacant and lien-free from April 27, 2018.
Authorities have clarified that the order has been issued without prejudice to any pending court proceedings or investigations, if any, which may not presently be within the knowledge of the Directorate.
