JAMMU, Apr 11: An IFS officer has lodged a formal complaint against an IAS officer who was appointed as the Inquiry Authority in ongoing disciplinary proceedings against him.
According to details available with Cross Town News, the complainant has raised objections to the appointment of the IAS officer as the Inquiry Authority, citing concerns over the fairness of the process.
The matter has been taken up at the highest level, with the Central Government forwarding the complaint to the Chief Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir for appropriate action.
