Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, on Wednesday chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the status of grievance collection and correction of errors identified during Digitised Jamabandi Reading Camps across the district.

The meeting also reviewed both quasi-judicial and non-quasi-judicial cases, along with progress on the digitisation of backlog mutations.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed revenue officers to identify all categories of pending mutations and set village-wise targets for their timely disposal. He emphasized strict adherence to prescribed guidelines while processing cases and instructed officials to complete the entire exercise within a stipulated timeframe.

Stressing efficiency and accountability, the DC called for time-bound completion of all pending tasks and urged officers to expedite the correction of Jamabandi record errors collected during the camps.

He further directed officials to ensure prompt and effective redressal of public grievances, aiming to provide timely relief to citizens.

The meeting was attended by senior officers, including ADC Kotranka Dilmir Choudhary, ADC Chander Prakash, ACR Mohammad Jahangir Khan, SDM Thanamandi Abid Hussain, along with Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Girdawars, and Patwaris.
